Filemonk allows you to change app language to customize the language used for customer emails and download pages. This feature helps you provide a localized experience for your international customers by displaying content in their preferred language, improving customer satisfaction and reducing confusion.


How to Change App Language


You can easily change the language settings for your Filemonk app to match your store's target audience.


Changing Language Settings
  1. Navigate to Settings from your Filemonk dashboard main menu
  2. Click on the Other tab in the settings interface
  3. Locate the Language section under "Language & notifications"
  4. Click on the Language dropdown menu
  5. Select your preferred language from the available options
  6. Click Save to apply your language changes


Note: Language changes affect both customer email notifications and download page content. The app interface will update immediately after saving.
