How to cancel a subscription

Sometimes you might need to cancel your paid subscription to a service, whether it's for budgeting reasons or because your needs have changed. If you're using Filemonk and you're on a paid plan but want to cancel it, you can do it easily at any time. Here's a simple guide on how to switch back to a free plan.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Head to 'Plans' page from the left menu bar of the App.
2. Select the 'Free' plan.
3. Click 'Subscribe'.

4. You are now on the free plan and will not be charged.
