Re-sync product information in Shopify with Filemonk
To process your orders quick, Filemonk stores your product information - title, images and more. If you change a product's information in Shopify, it may be out of sync with Filemonk. To ensure that Filemonk uses the latest product information, you can re-sync data from Shopify to Filemonk. This is essential for keeping product titles, images, and variants aligned with any updates made in your Shopify store.
How to Resync Data
- Navigate to the Filemonk dashboard and select 'Settings' from the left menu bar.
- Under the Other section, locate the 'Resync' option.
- Click on 'Resync Data' to initiate the synchronization process.
