Re-sync product information in Shopify with Filemonk
To process your orders quick, Filemonk stores your product information - title, images and more. If you change a product's information in Shopify, it may be out of sync with Filemonk. To ensure that Filemonk uses the latest product information, you can re-sync data from Shopify to Filemonk. This is essential for keeping product titles, images, and variants aligned with any updates made in your Shopify store.
Navigate to the Filemonk dashboard and select 'Settings' from the left menu bar.
Under the Other section, locate the 'Resync' option.
Click on 'Resync Data' to initiate the synchronization process.
