Send new download links after updating digital product

When you update the files linked to a digital product in Filemonk, either by replacing the file or by adding / removing files, you can easily notify all previous customers about the changes. The "Notify all buyers" feature sends personalized emails with updated download links to everyone who purchased your digital product. This ensures your customers always have access to the latest version of your content and helps maintain customer satisfaction when you improve or fix your digital products.


Accessing the Notify All Buyers Feature


  1. Go to Digital Products from the left menu bar
  2. Select the product you want to send notifications for from the list
  3. Click Notify all buyers in the top right corner of the page



  • After you click on this option, in the popup you can customize the subject & body of the email. Personalize it with liquid variables like {{customer.name}}. When you're done, hit 'Notify now'. Filemonk will process the notifications and send them out right away.
