Storage Limit Details
Storage limit represents the total size of all files you can upload to Filemonk throughout your app usage lifetime. This limit does not reset monthly and applies to the cumulative size of all your uploaded files.

What is Fair Usage Policy

If the total data usage exceeds the limit in your plan, additional charges may apply. This policy ensures that all users have access to fair and adequate resources without any single user disproportionately affecting the service quality for others. When you exceed the fair usage policy limit, a team member from Filemonk will reach out to you. We will walk you through corrective actions - such as uploading your files to Google Drive or Dropbox. By taking corrective actions, you can reduce your bandwidth and avoid any charges for fair usage policy.
Our team will do their best to reach out to you repeatedly until we hear from you. In case we don't hear from you, your store's downloads will be blocked. At this point, you can reach out to us to unblock the downloads and take one of the following actions -
- Upgrade your plan to increase the fair usage policy limit.
- Upload your files to Google Drive or Dropbox, and link them to products in Filemonk.
- Agree to the fair usage policy charges mentioned above.
If you agree to the fair usage policy charges, downloads from your store will be enabled and a new billing cycle will begin. Filemonk will charge you for additional usage only if you exceed the fair usage policy limit in the new billing cycle.
