Send email with download links automatically

When customers place orders for digital products on your store, Filemonk can automatically send an email to your customer containing a link to download their files

To set this up, click Settings in the left menu bar and scroll down to 'Email' section. Enable the 'Send email' toggle.


Next, set up the email template. Click 'Customize email' to open the email template editor.


Here's just a few things you should set up on your email template:

From address
Emails are sent from [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection) by default. Change this to an email from your domain to improve deliverability.

Logo
Add your store's logo to the email.

Email body
Use liquid variables in the email to personalize the message to your customers.

Watermark
Remove 'Powered by Filemonk' watermark to make the email truly yours.
