Disable access to downloads for any order
Filemonk allows you to revoke access for orders that have been refunded, canceled, or flagged as high risk, thereby safeguarding your content. When access is disabled for an order, customers are no longer able to access the files within it.
From the Filemonk app, click on Orders from the left menu bar
Click on the row containing the order number, or click 'Edit', to see a particular order's details.
On the right, under Access, click on the Disable button.
When it’s disabled, Filemonk will store the date & time to keep track of when this was done. Once disabled, the customer will see an “Access disabled” page.
