Manually mark digital orders fulfilled in Shopify
Filemonk makes managing digital orders easy with a manual fulfillment feature, helping you keep your inventory accurate and your orders in check. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to manually mark the digital products in an order fulfilled.

From the Filemonk app, click on Orders from the left menu bar.
Locate and select the order you wish to fulfill.
On the right, under More actions, select 'Mark order fulfilled'.
This feature is invaluable in cases where the fulfillment status doesn't update as expected. When you click 'Mark order fulfilled,' you'll get a success message if the order has been fulfilled successfully or an error message if there's an issue. If you receive an error message, please get in touch with the Support team.
