Understanding the Download History Display
When you click "See Download history", a popup modal will appear showing you a comprehensive list of all download attempts for that specific order.
Download History Information
The download history popup displays the following key information for each download attempt:
- File Name: The exact name of the digital file that was downloaded by the customer
- Download Time: The precise timestamp showing when the download occurred
- Download Status: Whether the download was completed successfully
Sorting and Organization
- Download actions are automatically sorted by most recent first, so you'll see the latest download attempts at the top of the list
- Each entry shows both the file name and the exact time the download occurred
- The timestamp format makes it easy to track customer activity patterns and identify when files were accessed
If a customer hasn't downloaded any files yet, you'll see a message stating "No files downloaded yet" in the popup. This helps you quickly identify orders where customers may need assistance accessing their digital products.
